Silk Naturals Sentimental GWP lippie

Just wanted to post some quick comparison swatches of the new Sentimental Slick Stick that was the gift with purchase items from Silk Naturals recently. Often times popular GWP colors do become permanent, so there is a good chance this will too because it is lovely color. It is sort of a sheer, somewhat shimmery, nude-raspberry shade.

Christopher Drummond Duo Phase Concealer Swatches (Fair vs Light)

This concealer has been my favorite for a while now. However, since I ordered it on Blush.com the lightest choice they offered was Light, which is what I have been using. There is also a Fair, which is sold on the Christopher Drummond website. So when they recently had a 25% off plus free shipping sale, I snatched up a Fair for about $16. I thought it would be neat to compare the colors, and even thought the Light matches me very well, I thought maybe the Fair would look more brightening under my eyes.

Fair, Light:

So as you can see, the Fair is more pink, and actually is a bit peachy too, kind of a salmon color almost. I thought this would be excellent for cancelling out under eye circles. And it was... however, with the Light I never noticed any creasing or settling into lines, but since the Fair is lighter than my skintone, it was actually quite noticeable in my fine lines. So I am not sure the Fair will be replacing my Light for that reason. But I will use it some more, and see if I can figure out how it works best, maybe I can try mixing the two of them together.

Silk Naturals Valentine's Day Collection 2014

My mail is here! And that means I just got my lovely package of goodies from Silk Naturals.
Of course today is a gloomy rainy day, but I took some pics anyways.
I am so excited about Touch, it looks like a good dupe for my beloved but discontinued Everyday Minerals Pearl Sunlight. A fantastic lid color for me, and great in the inner corner as well.
And can I just say La-Dee-Da is stunning! A plum with green shimmer!
And the new peach cream concealers seem really nice!
Here are the swatches:

Lippies: NaNaNaNa Boo Boo, Icon, Oooh-La-La, and La-Dee-Da
To the right of the lippies is the Mwah GWP blush, under it is Kismet eyeshadow. Then the pale yellow is Touch and under that is a deep matte plum Rendezvous.
There is a new liquid black eye liner called Blackjack, and to the right of that swatch are the new HD concealers, P20(top) and P30(bottom)

Disclaimer: I purchased most of these myself, but a few were gifts SN included in my order, specifically Icon, Oooh-La-La and Rendezvous. As always, all opinions are honest and my own.
