I picked this up from Sephora for $40. This is a great palettes for those who like more neutral and matte shades. Boss Lady and Exec appear to have some shimmer in the palette, but it all blends away and they look pretty much matte on the eyes. Schmooze is metallic, and the rest of the colors are matte/satin finish.
I finally had the chance to do some lip swatches. Unfortunately I only got the Slick Sticks done and not the lipsticks. The lipsticks are very opaque and pigmented, and some colors stain the lips, so it's kind of hard to wipe them off and apply the next one for swatching purposes. I will try and do some of them in the future though, it just takes more time to do to get an accurate lip swatch. Here are the Slick Sticks: Innocent
