I picked this up from Sephora for $40. This is a great palettes for those who like more neutral and matte shades.
Boss Lady and Exec appear to have some shimmer in the palette, but it all blends away and they look pretty much matte on the eyes. Schmooze is metallic, and the rest of the colors are matte/satin finish.
