Hello,
It has been a few weeks since I have made a YouTube video or blog post, so I just wanted to do a quick update. As some of you may know I was expecting my second child mid June. My little guy was born late evening on June 13th, just a few hours before his due date(punctual little guy).
So that is what I have been up to :)
Here's a pic:

SixPlus 6+ Makeup Brushes from eBay
I have been wanting some small kabuki type brushes for applying concealer, eye makeup, etc. Something along the lines of the Sedona Lace Se7ven Midnight Lace Synthetic Brush Set, but more affordable.
So I decided to search eBay and found a nice looking set of 5 brushes, here's the eBay title and description:
So I decided to search eBay and found a nice looking set of 5 brushes, here's the eBay title and description:

The brand of these is SixPlus or 6+, and I ordered them 6/02 for $12.99 plus $3.99 shipping. These were shipping from China, so boy was I surprised when on 6/10 I already had these in my mailbox!
I am really impressed with the quality of these! They are so super soft and don't shed. A few of them, the ones with longest bristles, are more fluffy rather than stiff/dense, but I don't really find that problematic since in some cases you want a less stiff brush for blending.
Overall, I am really happy with these especially considering the price.
Here are some pics of the brushes:
Silk Naturals Summer 2013 Lippiepalooza Vegan Lipstick Swatches
So I know I already posted about the Summer Collection, but I just received the remainder of the Vegan Lipsticks, so I actually have more products to show you and more swatches! Yay!
These lipsticks are creamy and glide on nicely, and the pigmentation is INSANE! If you like bright and vivid colors this collection is for you. And if you don't there are still a few gorgeous colors like Lois and Sheena that are more toned down shades.
I took way too many pictures of these, but they are just so gorgeous I couldn't stop!
Jane, Velma, Lois, Sheena, Wham, Vroom, Zing, Zap

BiTE Beauty 15 Shades of Sephora Lip Gloss Set Swatches
Just received my order in the mail today, super excited for these! I have been wanting to try Bite glosses forever now, but just couldn't pull the trigger. However, with a set of 15 for $48 how could I resist? Lots of variety in both colors and finish of the glosses. They smell really nice and fruity. I used to not like sticky glosses, but over the years I've grown kind of fond of them, and I notice they last much longer than non-sticky glosses. These are indeed sticky, but not goopy or super sticky, just your moderately sticky gloss.
The glosses are names 1999-2013, one gloss for every year Sephora has been around.
Here are the pics and swatches:
1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013

UPDATED! Silk Naturals Summer 2013 Collection Swatches
There is now a new blog post with swatches of the Vegan Lipsticks: click here
Just wanted to share with you my order from the Silk Naturals Summer 2013 Collection.
Unfortunately, it is quire rainy out today, so I will try and take more pics later when it is sunny, but I thought for now these were better than nothing.
I love the new Slick Stick formula! Most of the liquid glosses got converted to this formula, and are now essentially a liquid gloss in solid form. Still very shiny and glossy, but so much quicker and easier to apply!
Here's my thoughts on the colors I got:
Innocent is like the perfect pink for me.
Betty is so super pretty, and if I add some of Coy to it, then it just looks amazing, one of my favorite combos.
Icing is super pretty, loved the liquid gloss, this is even quicker and easier to use, just the perfect wash of sheer iridescent pink, goes pretty much with everything.
Shrieking Violet is great, I knew I loved that from having the gloss, together with Coy it is even more wearable and pretty for a daytime look.
Modern Poet is my perfect nude! I've been looking for something like discontinued EDM English Muffin for a long long time, and this is it!
Swank is so cool, glad I finally got to try it. It gives my lips a deeper nude look, and looks a tiny bit metallic. It is sheer, so not a dramatic look at all. I think it will also be fun to layer with others.
St Tropez is the only one that is just ok on me. It is a bit too warm. I think if you have warmer toned lips this will totally be a MLBB color.
I already mentioned Coy, and it is just the perfect lippie to layer with other, I think I will be using this a TON!
Vroom is an insane bright red! Not sure I can pull it off, but it is good to have a red just in case for some looks, maybe some of my YouTube videos. If I put The Village over it, that makes it much more wearable for me. Still a very dramatic look, but very nice.
Modern Poet, Innocent, St Tropez, Betty, Shrieking Violet, Icing, Coy, Swank, Vroom
The sun came out briefly, so here is me trying to capture the pretty iridescence Betty and Icing have:
And last but not least, there is a new cream shadow called Marvel, which is the cream shadow version of Doubloons(one of the prettiest shadows ever!)
Here is Marvel on the left vs Doubloons on the right:
(I think the base color of Doubloons has a touch more purple to it, and the iridescence a touch more pink)
UPDATE: More pics, in the sunlight this time!
