Here is a look I did using the Bare Escentuals/Minerals Ready 8.0 palette in The Finer Things

Five Star all over lid and as highlight under brow
Custom Made dabbed on center of lid
Chateau in the crease
Upgrade used to blend Chateau out, applied above crease
